What is your hope for Servolution as far as churches working together? Can you see Servolution changing the churches that are involved with it? How so?
Steve - first of all, thank you for all you do for the Kingdom. Few people have influenced my life as much as you when it comes to serving the poor. And I love how your question reflects your love for the local church and the Church as a whole.
My hope for Servolution is that it will show churches that working together we are able to do so much more than we could alone. We saw so much of that earlier this year with 7 Days of Servolution that 240 churches participated in, serving their communities in dozens of ways. I think that there’s something special that God does when churches and people come together to serve others. There is a realization among churches that none of us are the only one who has it right. There are great churches all over the place, and if we’ll work together, we can see some amazing things done for God. And that inherently will bring about a change in local churches. We’ll begin to see things a little more from God’s view point - that we aren’t all there is, that there’s so much more going on in His plan, and we’re just thrilled to be a part of what He’s doing.

Dino and his wife DeLynn started Healing Place Church in 1993 with the single focus of being a healing place for a hurting world. Starting with just twelve, it has now grown to over 7,000 people gathering every weekend in 18 services in 11 locations from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Maputo, Mozambique.

As a result, some of his greatest assets are deep relationships with others.
And there are no relationships that matter more to him than those he shares with his wife DeLynn and their three children.
